Use of Mindful Meditation in Critically Ill Children: A Pilot Study

Abstract: Mindful meditation has been shown to improve well-being and decrease stress. We hypothesized that mindful meditation would be feasible in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) setting and well-received by participants, caregivers, and nurses.
